As an attorney in the Business Services Group at Gross McGinley, Speziale provides legal services focused on business and banking, and counsels clients on general business matters including employment and real estate issues. She is also assistant solicitor to the City of Bethlehem and is a member of the Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corp. and Rodale Institute boards of directors.
In her role as deputy managing partner with Gross McGinley, Speziale assists with general firm matters, focusing on personnel.
“Like most industries, the biggest challenge over the last year, and likely for the foreseeable future, has been recruiting and retaining qualified personnel at all levels to be part of our team,” she said.
