Speziale, a partner since 2013 and deputy managing partner since 2018, is a business attorney in the firm’s Business Services Group. She provides legal insights to clients on a spectrum of matters. “Internally, with deep knowledge of employment law, I give guidance on HR and personnel policies,” she said. “Additionally, I support our managing partner in general management matters and strategic planning to guide business growth.”
When she moved to the Lehigh Valley in 2011, Speziale said she “looked forward to making this area home and becoming part of the local business community. Over the past decade, I am proud of, and grateful for, the opportunities I’ve had to work with so many members of the business community and to be involved in the growth and successes of clients.”
For enjoyment and “in support of my physical and mental health,” Speziale said she loves to run, hike and do other outdoor activities. She also rides horses and spends as much time as possible with her niece and stepdaughters.
