The updated system is expected to streamline the listing process and expedite research on the site. rnAfter a three-year search, LVAR has chosen Tarasoft Matrix®, based near Vancouver, B.C., to provide its new MLS system. The companys cutting-edge software is expected to bring dramatic improvement in ease of use, access to information and users ability to customize the MLS search.rnThe system will be much faster and allow unparalleled flexibility, said Rosemary Scardina, CEO of LVAR. Search times will be cut way down and functionality will be greatly increased.rnThe company was chosen, she said, because it provides software to some of the largest U.S. and Canadian associations, and also has experience with smaller organizations in a variety of markets. rnNot only does Tarasoft have extensive knowledge and 20 years of experience, she said, they also have a passion for real estate. REALTORS will receive training and support services throughout the transition, so the change will be seamless and will cause no interruption of service, she said.rn
