For 35 years, Michael Drabenstott has helped Lehigh Valley organizations find their voice in moments that matter most.

As president of Drabenstott Communications Group in Allentown, he provides public relations and marketing counsel to businesses and nonprofits — guiding them through crisis situations, organizational changes, land developments and acquisitions while strengthening connections between organizations and their stakeholders through reputation management and honest communications.

His work has placed him alongside top regional leadership navigating some of the valley’s most consequential chapters.

Beyond client work, Drabenstott is channeling his advocacy and communications skills toward a regional trail network — advancing planning and outreach efforts aimed at connecting trails that serve the transportation, health, social and recreational needs of Lehigh Valley residents.

Victoria Hammes runs Lamar Advertising’s Allentown-Lehigh Valley operation, the outdoor-advertising company’s billboard and digital-display office at 7350 William Avenue in Allentown.

As vice president and general manager, she oversees a local team that spans sales, campaign coordination, lease management and market administration, covering a region Lamar pitches to advertisers as the third most populous in Pennsylvania and a distribution corridor between New York City and Philadelphia.

Jacinth Headlam heads two Allentown-based creative ventures — Jacinth Media Productions LLC, which she founded as CEO, and InnaStar Inc., the creative nonprofit where she serves as executive director. Across both, she leads vision, strategy, programming, partnerships, and creative development spanning film, publishing, arts education, and community initiatives.

In seven years, Headlam has built InnaStar from the ground up into a recognized nonprofit that empowers youth, artists, authors, and underserved communities through film, arts education, confidence workshops, and cultural programming. She has also produced feature films and guided more than 30 authors to publication.

InnaStar’s Lehigh Valley programming includes youth filmmaking, GLOW Confidence Workshops for teens and seniors, and the annual InnaStar Trailblazer Awards, which recognize more than 100 honorees across 17 creative categories. Partnerships with LCCC, Northampton Community College, and PBS39 extend the reach further.

Her leadership is driven by purpose, service, and legacy — helping people turn pain into purpose, discover their voice, and walk boldly in their gifts.

Eugene Jackson is the general manager of Adams Outdoor in Allentown, overseeing full operations and sales across Pennsylvania. With 21 years in media — including 2 in outdoor advertising — Jackson leads with a focus on people, partnerships and the long-term health of the market.

Rather than pointing to a single defining moment, he describes his career as a journey built on mentoring colleagues, working alongside strong leaders and cultivating lasting client relationships.

“Building a consistent track record of delivering results has been central to that experience,” Jackson said.

That relationship-driven approach now shapes his presence in the Lehigh Valley, where he is committed to strategic client partnerships and supporting employee development.

Murtaza Jaffer, a partner at EBC Printing & Signs, helps lead the Allentown-based company’s strategic direction and long-term vision. With 16 years in the industry, he focuses on identifying growth opportunities, building community relationships, and ensuring the firm delivers high-quality print and signage solutions that match the evolving needs of its clients.

Evan Johnson is owner and creative director of Stay Calm Industries in Allentown, bringing 13 years of industry experience to a firm he built from the ground up as a sole operator.

His focus has evolved toward business development, creative direction and clearing obstacles for his team — ensuring solid processes support continued growth. For Johnson, the firm’s most meaningful accomplishment is personal.

Beyond the agency, Johnson serves on both the Allentown Chamber board and Small Business Council, chairing the Marketing Committee for each. Kristin Keenan came to advertising from the delivery room, joining the family firm in 2021 after more than two decades as a healthcare provider and educator in high-risk obstetrics and gynecology.

As vice president of Keenan-Nagle Advertising, the Allentown agency founded in 1954 and billed as the Lehigh Valley’s longest-serving marketing and communications firm, she works alongside her father, president Michael C. Keenan, on marketing strategy for clients across community banking, healthcare, telecommunications, real estate, professional services and the arts.

The agency, which she co-leads as partner, marked its 70th year in business in 2024.

Keenan’s clinical background informs how she reads client relationships, consumer behavior and market trends — a perspective unusual in the agency world.

Jim Klunk is the founder of Klunk & Millan Advertising in Allentown, where he has worked in the industry for 40 years. Klunk oversees business strategy and operations, collaborating with senior leadership on growth objectives, client strategy and business development.

He counts building and sustaining the agency across 37 years among his greatest accomplishments — marked by a seamless leadership transition and the growth of its creative, media, digital and marketing teams.

“I’m especially proud of our teams, whose dedication and hard work consistently deliver results for clients and meet their changing needs,” Klunk said.

Stanten focuses on culture and client trust, delivering data-driven strategies that generate measurable growth. Altitude has been recognized by Lehigh Valley Business and the Inc. 5000 among the fastest-growing companies — a distinction he credits to his team.

“It comes down to a team that shows up every day, solves real problems, and delivers consistent results for our clients,” Stanten said.
