Cedar Crest College
Title
President

Under Elizabeth Meade’s leadership, Cedar Crest College more than tripled its graduate enrollment — adding signature programs including a Doctorate of Occupational Therapy, a Doctor of Nursing Practice with a Nurse Anesthesia track, and master’s degrees in art therapy, exercise science, business administration and public health.

As president of the Allentown institution, she holds primary responsibility across educational programs, student life, internal management and long-range planning, with the graduate expansion serving as both a mission achievement and a driver of financial sustainability.

“We need people to go to college to become nurses, social workers, teachers, engineers, and successful entrepreneurs,” Meade said. “I see so clearly the profound impact our education makes on them, their families and the communities.”
