Mark K. Altemose is CEO and managing shareholder of Cohen, Feeley, Altemose, Berg & McKarski in Bethlehem, where he has guided the firm’s strategic direction and community impact for 35 years. Richard Godshall is an owner, managing partner and lead trial attorney for Ostroff Godshall Injury and Accident Lawyers in Lehigh County. Philip M. Hof is a partner at Hof & Reid LLC in Bethlehem, where he has practiced personal injury law for 46 years. Hof advocates for clients through negotiation and litigation while also serving as a binding arbitrator and mediator, helping attorneys resolve complex matters before trial.

Among his most enduring cases, he represented a hearing-impaired child whose insurer denied coverage for a cochlear implant as experimental. Through injunctive relief, Hof secured approval — and the client is today a successful adult and performance musician.

“It demonstrates the lasting impact of advocacy and the importance of access to life-changing medical care,” he said.

Hof remains active in the Lehigh Valley legal community through pro bono counsel roles, fostering mentorship, collaboration and shared standards among regional practitioners that support the area’s broader legal and business needs.

Kenneth Kitay, owner and attorney at Kitay Law since 1995, oversees operations for a firm with offices in Allentown, Reading, York, Chambersburg and Kennett Square.

Jerry Knafo founded personal injury law firm Knafo Law Offices in Allentown in 1982. The firm now has six locations around Pennsylvania, including Bethlehem, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Reading. Knafo oversees the daily operations of the firm and represents victims who are seriously injured by acts of negligence.

Knafo has been on the Super Lawyers list since 2005, a distinction limited to the top five percent of attorneys in Pennsylvania. His firm has settled wrongful death lawsuits for upwards of $40 million.

Todd Miller has practiced law in the Lehigh Valley since 1975, when he began as a criminal defense attorney and later defended doctors and hospitals in medical malpractice litigation.

He now runs his Allentown personal injury firm, representing plaintiffs in automobile and tractor-trailer accident and medical negligence cases across Pennsylvania.

His first trial, in 1975, was an insanity defense in Lehigh County for a young woman charged with attempted murder; a jury acquitted her.

A 50-year member of the Lehigh County, Northampton County and Pennsylvania bar associations, Miller has practiced alongside his daughter, attorney Dana Miller, since 2012.

Marion Munley litigates catastrophic truck-crash cases at Munley Law, where she is one of only four Pennsylvania attorneys board-certified in truck accident law.

Practicing nearly 40 years, she is triple board-certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in truck accident, civil trial and civil practice law, and was the first woman in Pennsylvania to earn the truck certification.

In 2018 she became the first woman to chair the American Association for Justice Trucking Litigation Group; she serves as the association’s vice president for 2025-26. Her recoveries include one of the largest trucking settlements on record.

Michael J. O’Connor is the founder and attorney of O’Connor Law in Frackville, bringing 37 years of legal experience to clients navigating some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

O’Connor has earned recognition from Best Lawyers, Super Lawyers and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and holds an AV-Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
