A pivotal career moment came when Francis recognized that 50- to 60-hour workweeks split between client work and administration were unsustainable — prompting her to scale her team strategically.

“Every process, interaction, and client relationship is intentional and purposeful,” Francis said of the philosophy that continues to shape how she leads.

Doug Frederick runs the Lehigh Valley real estate brokerage his family founded in 1969, a firm of more than 75 agents that he has owned and brokered for the past 18 years.

First licensed in 1981 and a broker since 1984, Frederick has spent more than 35 years in the business, serving clients that range from private companies to municipalities, universities and healthcare organizations through both residential and commercial work.
