A full lease-up of the first phase of apartments at Madison Farms is imminent, said the developers of the Bethlehem Township project.
The development partners KRE Group and The Silverman Group, both from New Jersey, said a small handful of the nearly 300 rental residences of the first phase of the project remain available and are expected to rent shortly.
More apartments are under construction and will be available this spring when the first building of the community’s second phase debuts.
The mixed-use community covers 100 acres. The first phase of 294 apartments and 153,000 square feet of retail space is completed, developers said.
The second phase of 276 rental residences is under construction and a separate phase of 267 for-sale homes also is underway, with 57 homes under construction.
Once completed, the community will have 837 residences and 153,000 square feet of retail space, as well as ponds, walking trails, open space and a dog park.
Prices for one- and two-bedroom rentals start at $1,320 per month.
