Mark Crossley
Trial Attorney/Partner
Schlerline & Associates
Mark Crossley, who practices in the area of personal injury, joined Scherline & Associates in 2011.
“I like hands-on leadership, using my staff as a partner to help me meet the needs of my clients,” he said. “My door is always open and if anyone has a question, I make myself available to talk with them so we can come up with a solution to best assist the clients. I also teach my staff so they continue to grow within the organization and are able to think on their own and understand the reasons we do certain things to help our clients.”
Crossley began as a paralegal with a personal injury and medical malpractice law firm in the Lehigh Valley, representing only injured people. “I enjoyed my time as a paralegal so much that I decided to attend law school. I finished law school in two-and-a-half years (rather than three years) while still being engaged in many of the activities in law school including the Moot Court Honor Board for appellate arguing and mock trial where I honed my trial skills. I learned to think on my feet.”
A volunteer firefighter, he is president of his local fire company. “I believe in giving back to the community and serve on several boards and committees,” Crossley said, and is secretary with the Bar Association of Lehigh County and on the board of directors of the Northeast Berks Chamber of Commerce. “I try to volunteer as much time as possible to help people ranging from the youth of our community to its oldest and most mature members. I also enjoy spending time with family.”
