Jaindl has served as the chairman of the board of American Bank Inc. and American Bank since April 2004 and president and CEO of American Bank since 1997 and of American Bank Inc. since 2001.
He is a trustee for the Jaindl Foundation, an organization benefiting charitable causes in the Lehigh Valley. He served on the advisory council of the dean of business and economics of Lehigh University from 2011 to 2018. He is board president of Camelot for Children, which provides care to children with pediatric cancer, cystic fibrosis, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome and other developmental disorders.
