President and CEO
HNL Lab Medicine
Martin Till’s focus as president and CEO has been to strategically broaden HNL Lab Medicine’s reach in life-saving work and taking a collective approach toward better care, better outcomes, and better futures through empowered and engaged colleagues, investing in industry-leading technology, and deploying laboratory medicine in a faster and more efficient model for the physicians and patients the organization serves.
He has served in his current position for two years. He has served on the board of Lehigh Valley Health Network for 17 years; serving as vice chair for 15 years.
“It’s my mission as a leader to take a people-first approach by creating a lasting impact on the HNL Lab Medicine team and community. Our mantra is to be exceptional and relentless in everything we do. We help save lives every day, and we all take that mission seriously. I am committed to fostering a creative, entrepreneurial, and supportive work environment that drives our team to be the leaders in lab medicine. Our approach has resulted in a new model that optimizes results and presents growth,” Till said.
He said HNL’s leadership has worked hard to impact the work environment for its team members. Although he said there’s still work to do, the organization’s turnover rate has been reduced by almost 50%. “Having an engaged, motivated, smart, and creative team is essential to our success. Nothing is more important than our people. We will continue our work to put all our colleagues in a position to be successful and provide career opportunities for individual growth in a fun and exciting environment.”
