Mary Kay McMahon’s duties as president and CEO include strategic and operational planning and visioning for the sustainability of Fellowship Community’s mission, in order to provide comprehensive senior living and continuing care services to on-campus residents and those in the broader community.
“Workforce challenges were by far the major challenge in the past year,” McMahon said. That includes “recruitment of mission-focused employees, retention of staff, and dealing with the mental exhaustion of long-term employees caused by the pandemic fallout. We have focused our attention on providing support resources, improving our workplace culture and listening to our staff to know how best to improve their work-life balance.”
