I’m proud to say I’ve been employed by Lehigh University for more than 11 years. Additional responsibilities were added, I’ve had some title changes, but I’m lucky enough to have been employed with the College of Business Graduate Programs Office for my entire Lehigh career. 

I work with College of Business faculty and steering committees to drive policies for academic excellence and develop opportunities for MBA student growth. I oversee Lehigh University’s FLEX MBA program, I onboard every incoming FLEX MBA student and offer ongoing advising over the course of their MBA program experience and I support students on their educational journey through graduation! I also serve as the office’s budget manager. 

Our FLEX MBA program earned the rank of No. 1 in the 2021 Poets & Quants Online MBA Ranking Student Excellence category. 

Life lesson learned? Communication really is key. In both my personal and professional lives, I can’t emphasize enough the importance of clear and consistent communication. 

For fun, when I’m not working, you can find me hiking, fishing, or gazing at the stars with my amazing husband and our two incredible children. I’m beyond lucky to have parents who instilled a love of the outdoors in me from a young age, so we try to enjoy being outside whenever we can. Our 6-year-old son, Barrett, recently became interested in space, so we’ve been putting in the miles on our new telescope! We’re also a gaming family.
