Confalone has worked for more than 25 years in sales at Fraser Advanced Information Systems, with five years as vice president of sales.

Confalone recommends surrounding oneself with great people.
“No one person is successful on their own,” she said. “With smart and capable people around me, we all help each other succeed and build a wonderful and successful company.”
She enjoys taking family vacations and spending time with her husband, Dave, and their five children. She also likes running outside when the weather is nice as a way to disconnect from the workday and recharge.
