Kelly joined KCBA in 2006. He has played a key role in many of the firm’s high-profile projects with a special focus on educational and religious initiatives, such as the renovation and expansion of Pottsgrove High School. He leads the firm’s strategic planning and business development efforts.
He has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Syracuse University.
