Spigel moved to Allentown in July 2020 and started with Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network in early August. His primary responsibility is building an environment where his associates can thrive and do great work on behalf of patients and residents.
Spigel is most proud of creating workplace cultures where people are excited, confident, creative and eager to do great work.
“The most important life lesson I’ve learned is to treat people well — genuinely well,” he said. “To do that, be willing to see things through the eyes of others and to set aside your own beliefs in order to really see what’s around you.”
Spigel enjoys reading and fitness activities, especially high-intensity training.
