Axiotis is responsible for leading Lehigh Valley Restaurant Group, a locally owned and operated franchisee of Red Robin, and delivering “positive results for all stakeholders. I am also responsible for leading our culture that encompasses our people and the communities we serve. We take great care in choosing the people who take great care of our guests.”
In addition, he is president and CEO of Lehigh Valley Management Services and Talon Restaurants LLC, a locally owned and operated franchisee of Wing Stop Restaurants.
“The most important life lesson is that failure is a steppingstone to success,” he said. “I learned that lesson the hard way, as I once was afraid to fail and was embarrassed of my failures. One must embrace failure in order to learn and succeed in the future. Learn from your past, live in the present and plan for the future.”
For fun, Axiotis said, he enjoys spontaneous road trips with his family. “My favorite places to visit are beach towns and historic sites. I also love being outdoors!”
