For 15 years, Nancy Conrad has been a partner with White and Williams LLP, where she is managing partner of the Lehigh Valley office and chair of the Higher Education Group.
An inclusive leader, trusted ally and respected mentor, Conrad brings this leadership style to her law practice. She represents businesses, educational institutions and nonprofits in all aspects of workplace disputes and all types of employment and higher education actions. Clients appreciate her practical advice and litigation position tailored for the specific matter.
Conrad was a schoolteacher, former teachers association president and school counselor before becoming an attorney. She pursued a law degree, practicing first in Philadelphia and then the Lehigh Valley. Her legal career started as a commercial litigator and then Conrad focused her practice on representing employers in federal and state discrimination claims. After a significant win in a tenure dispute, she expanded her practice to colleges and universities.
Conrad will be serving as president of the Lehigh County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She is a past chair of the PBA’s Diversity Team and Commission on Women. She’s also president of the Women’s 5K Classic Board, a Lehigh Valley organization that promotes women’s fitness and supports women with breast and gynecologic cancers. An avid traveler, Conrad enjoys spending time with her three adult children.
