New housing community to debut model home; prices start at $700,000

A new housing community in Hellertown, Saucon Valley, will hold a grand opening of its model home on June 10.
Rotelle Development Co. and its division, Rotelle Studio(e), said Vistas at Long Ridge, a single-family community, will offer 17 one to two-and-a-half acre lots with homes ranging in size from 2,900 to 4,000 square feet. Prices start at $700,000.
The model home, the Augusta Craftsman, will be open June 10 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 2670 Longridge Dr.
Each home design can be customized with an in-law suite, a feature that has become increasingly more popular with the multi-generational housing trend growing during the pandemic, the company said.
Traditional, farmhouse, craftsman or manor models are available with custom designer interiors which include large kitchens and family rooms, bedroom suites with sitting rooms and walk-in closets, first and second floor laundry room options, and full basements.
