New strip mall sells for $1.3M in Lower Macungie

The newly built center, which opened last year, sits across from Hamilton Crossings and is fully leased with three tenants.
Trendz Salon, a hair salon, and Hamilton Dental Designs, a dentist, are open. The third tenant, Redd & Co. Fine Jewelers LLC, is expected to open shortly, said Derek Zerfass, senior vice president at Colliers. Zerfass represented the buyer, Providence Properties LLC of Frackville.
The buyer does not plan to make any changes to the center, Zerfass said. All three tenants have long-term leases, he said.
“It resulted in a pretty smooth transaction; it happened very quickly,” Zerfass said.
Colliers was the sole broker in the transaction with Kelly Berfield and Ryan Dietrick representing the seller, 5248 Hamilton LLC.
