Associations
Wormleysburg, Cumberland County-based Pennsylvania Food Merchants Association named Paul Brauer, Deriece Harrington and Shawn Rinnier board members. Brauer is president and chief operating officer of Westville, New Jersey-based Brown’s Super Stores Inc., which has Philadelphia-area locations; Harrington is director of government affairs with PepsiCo., representing the company in the Mid-Atlantic region, and Rinnier is president of Save Philly Stores.
Banking and finance
Lynn Township, Lehigh County-based New Tripoli Bank named Andrea Harris, Timothy Trach and Matt Koncz assistant vice presidents.
Government relations
GSL Public Strategies Group named John T. Yudichak a senior adviser. He was a state senator who represented Carbon and Luzerne counties.
Health care
West Reading, Berks County-based Tower Health named Douglas Tieman a board member. Tieman has had a 40-year career in the substance use disorder treatment field and is special adviser to the CEO and president emeritus to the board at Caron Treatment Centers. Renee Buzby was named vice president for human resources. Buzby will oversee employee relations, compensation and benefits, human resources information systems, human resources operations and learning and development.
Marketing
Upper Macungie Township, Lehigh County-based Liquid named Bob Stevens director of strategy.
Emmaus, Lehigh County-based Altitude Marketing named Cady Darago a client engagement manager. Darago will be clients’ primary point of contact and help the account team implement creative marketing strategies. Rachel Labelle was named digital marketing manager. Labelle will help develop client paid digital advertising strategies and improve the company’s digital optimization and reporting capabilities. Abby Daddona was named digital advertising coordinator. Daddona will set up, manage and optimize client digital advertising campaigns and assist with overall digital strategy.
Nonprofits
Allentown, Lehigh County-based Easterseals Eastern Pennsylvania named Jason Raines, Michael Zalot and Jane Amato board members. Raines is the principal of Raines Consulting Group LLC, operational excellence manager at HNL Lab Medicine and adjunct professor at Cedar Crest College. Zalot is director of graduate programs and assistant professor of business at Cedar Crest College. Zalot will focus on developing stronger partnerships with academia. Amato is vice president of commercial lending at Peoples Security Bank & Trust. Ruby Fretz was named director of business administration. Fretz will oversee human resources, facilities, information technology and contract management.
Bethlehem, Northampton County-based Via of the Lehigh Valley named Jenna Trach human resources director. Trach will supervise the administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resources department and programs. Casey Gross was named assistant production manager. Gross will ensure that contract work is organized and efficiently distributed to its prevocational workshop participants and assist with strategies to improve workflow and quality management.
