National Penn Bancshares Inc., based in Allentown, hired Bryan Dornseif as assistant vice president and account officer of National Penn Investors Trust Co. Dornseif is responsible for managing, expanding and servicing client relationships in the Lehigh Valley market area.

Barry Isett & Associates of Upper Macungie Township announced two hires:

Dan Wilusz joined the company’s municipal engineering department. Wilusz is a professional engineer and a certified professional in erosion and sediment control. He has a 15-year history in his field with experience in project management, construction management and infrastructure improvement projects.

Stephanie Milewski is a part of the company’s landscape design staff. Milewski was a trail manager and environmental program officer with Lackawanna Heritage Valley National and State Heritage Area. She also worked with family-owned Milewski Excavating & Landscaping Inc. in Jefferson Township, Lackawanna County.

Dean Hoppes was named chief financial officer of Health Network Laboratories in South Whitehall Township. Hoppes’ years of experience include system-wide innovation and efficiencies and creating developmental progress for health care organizations.

Amy Reinhold joined Corporate Facilities Inc. in Allentown as a sales account manager. Reinhold has 15 years of experience in the commercial furniture industry as an interior designer and project manager. She will serve Lehigh, Berks and Schuylkill counties.

Nic Thomas joined The Rigg Darlington Group in Wyomissing as a business risk consultant. Thomas is responsible for providing the portfolio of property and casualty lines and conducting risk management audits for companies with 20 or more employees.

Altitude Marketing in Emmaus hired Laura Budraitis as an assistant account manager. Budraitis helps develop, implement and track marketing strategies and efforts to support clients.

Peter Savini was appointed vice president, revenue cycle at Reading Health System. Savini has more than 25 years of industry experience and is responsible for management and direction of patient financial services. Most recently, Savini was vice president, revenue cycle management at Catholic Health Services of Long Island in Rockville Centre, N.Y.
