Snow has served in leadership positions at some of the largest health care systems in the country, including Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Duke University Health System and Geisinger Health System. His most recent position was with Availity. Dr. Vikram Arora, a board-certified physiatrist who specializes in spine care, was hired for Coordinated Health offices in Brodheadsville, East Stroudsburg and Wind Gap. He previously was an attending physician at Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates. Dr. Paul Bisio was hired as a primary care physician at the Bethlehem Township campus. Bisio has been practicing in the Lehigh Valley for more than 20 years and previously worked at Saucon Medical Center and Forks Urgent Care. Dr. Ken Choquette, a pain management surgeon, will work in Coordinated Health’s Bethlehem office. He previously worked at Pennsylvania Pain Management and St. Luke’s Hospital in Allentown. Dr. Alexis Zavitsanos was hired as a rheumatologist in the Allentown office. She is board-certified in internal medicine. Zavitsanos earned a medical degree from Temple School of Medicine in 2012 and completed a fellowship in rheumatology at Temple in 2017.

Randall G. Hines was appointed to executive director of hospital services at KidsPeace in Schnecksville, responsible for overall leadership of the programs offered at KidsPeace Psychiatric Hospital. His career in human services and behavioral health spans more than 40 years and includes work as a hospital executive and as a consultant on technical issues for state mental health and disability organizations. He previously served as CEO of Anchor Hospital in Atlanta and Austin State Hospital in Texas and in a number of leadership roles in state-funded behavioral health facilities.

Concannon Miller & Co. PC, based in Bethlehem, promoted two of its accountants to shareholders. Stephen Bickert, Certified Public Accountant, is a leader in the firm’s McDonald’s niche, helping to advise owner/operators on accounting, tax and other financial matters. He has nearly 20 years of accounting experience and has been with Concannon Miller since 2008. Jane M. Spradlin, CPA, is a leader in the firm’s small business niche, advising manufacturers, construction companies, technology and other professional services firms. In addition to tax and accounting, Spradlin’s specialties include multistate and expatriation taxation. She has more than 25 years of accounting experience and has been with Concannon Miller since 2007.

Daniel G. McCarthy was hired by Barley Snyder, based in Lancaster, as an associate in its business practice group, working primarily in the firm’s Reading office. McCarthy received his law degree and undergraduate degree from Temple University. At Temple Law, he was a staff editor of the Temple Law Review and worked internships in federal and municipal courts.

Altitude Marketing based in Emmaus hired five people. Lindsey Boughter was hired as a content writer. Barbara Quaglieri was hired as a digital marketing specialist and an internal liaison between the public relations and digital marketing teams. Olivia Reese was hired as an assistant account executive. Cara Sarubin was hired as director of content marketing. Christian Weber was hired as primary graphic designer and to provide strategic creative direction.

St. Luke’s Weight Management Center in South Whitehall Township hired Dr. T. Javier Birriel. He specializes in laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy, laparoscopic gastric bypass, revisional bariatric surgery and foregut surgery. Birriel graduated from Ponce School of Medicine in Ponce, Puerto Rico, and completed his general surgery training at St. Luke’s University Hospital in Bethlehem. After his residency, he completed an Advanced Laparoscopic and Bariatric Surgery fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic.

Heather Negron joined St. Luke’s Emaus Avenue Family Practice in Allentown as a certified nurse practitioner. She earned her nursing degree from Cedar Crest College in 2010, before completing her Master of Science in Nursing as a family nurse practitioner from Chamberlain College of Nursing this year.

Northampton Community College hired Francine Marz as director of the culinary arts program in the business and technology department. Marz is a certified executive chef and comes to NCC with experience as a culinary director and instructor at the higher education level. While culinary director at The Art Institute of Phoenix, she coached a hot foods competition team and took students to Shanghai and Austria to compete. Most recently, she was culinary director for The Culinary Arts Institute of Montgomery County Community College and was awarded Chef of the Year by the Delaware Valley/Philadelphia Chapter of the American Culinary Federation for 2017.

NAI Keystone of Wyomissing hired Rebecca Conforti, who has a background in administrative support and financial management, as office manager. Also, NAI Keystone appointed John Buccinno as senior vice president of client services.
