Newsmakers: Barry Isett & Associates, Valley National Financial Advisors and Reading Hospital

Architecture and engineering

Barry Isett & Associates named Brandon Trate vice president of the Lehigh Valley Region. Trate will lead companywide project and client management. Trate is a professional geologist. Chris Kotch was named vice president of the field division. Kotch will oversee the environmental consulting, forensic engineering, geotechnical engineering, survey and construction materials testing departments and services. Kotch is also a professional geologist. Erin Burke was named vice president of the Southeast Pennsylvania Region. Burke will lead communication and oversee the management of multidisciplinary projects.

Banking and finance

Hanover Township, Northampton County-based Valley National Financial Advisors named Jackie Gerstung client service manager. Gerstung will oversee support staff and be responsible for client experience procedures.

Dunmore, Lackawanna County-based Fidelity Bank named AnnaMaria Rittle vice president and regional retail sales manager of the Lehigh Valley Region. She will develop, implement and achieve annual goals and objectives for the retail banking division and ensure that it meets regulatory and operating requirements.

Health care

St. Luke’s Neurosurgical Associates, part of Fountain Hill, Lehigh County-based St. Luke’s University Health Network, named Dr. Craig Goldberg a member of the practice. He will work at the Anderson and Bethlehem campuses and perform neurosurgical procedures for adult patients involving the spine, brain and pituitary gland.

Reading Hospital, part of West Reading, Berks County-based Tower Health, named Amanda McNicholas vice president of orthopedics, trauma and critical care services. She will work with the trauma center leadership team to improve Reading Hospital’s Level One trauma program. She will also continue as chief advanced practice provider officer.

Nonprofits

Allentown, Lehigh County-based Burn Prevention Network named Efrain Agosto Jr., David Schmid, Jennifer Krastin, Jerome E. Ozog and Chris DeNaples board members. Agosto is chief of the Allentown Fire Department. Schmid is shareholder with Stark & Stark Attorneys at Law. Krastin is administrative manager with Bio Med Sciences Inc. Ozog is executive director of the Pennsylvania Fire and Emergency Services Institute and a volunteer and deputy fire chief of Hampden Township Volunteer Fire Company in Cumberland County. DeNaples is fire chief with the Dunmore Fire Department in Lackawanna County.

Real estate

Tredyffrin Township, Chester County-based Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors named Solmaz Mohammadlou a sales associate in the Bethlehem office. Mohammadlou will focus on Center Valley and the Lehigh Valley.
