President and CEO Perrotty is responsible for providing executive leadership to all aspects of Tower Health’s operations, performance, strategy, employee and physician engagement, and service to the community. “With a focus on charting our health system’s future, we launched ‘TowerTogether’ to improve the patient and provider experience across the organization,” she said.
The last 12 months “have been among the most challenging for hospitals across the country as we faced the ‘tridemic’ of COVID, flu and RSV; staffing challenges; supply chain disruptions; economic inflation; and poor investment returns,” Perrotty said. “Despite these challenges, our team remained focused on delivering great care to our patients and communities, while also implementing significant operational and financial improvements, establishing a new leadership team, and focusing on our new core service area, in which there is strong community support for Tower Health providers and facilities.”
