As president and CEO of Tower Health, P. Sue Perrotty provides executive leadership to all aspects of the network. She has served as president and CEO since 2021. She has been on Tower Health’s board since 2019 and is a banking and finance veteran with decades of leadership experience.

“The people at Tower Health are what make our organization so special,” she said. “From the first day I started in this role, during the COVID-19 pandemic, I have been amazed by the talented people who have worked tirelessly to care for one another and to care for our patients and the community. I appreciate working with them and supporting them so that we can continue to provide the high-quality, award-winning health care our patients have come to expect.”

Perrotty said she has been most inspired “by the commitment to overcome the challenges we are all facing in providing health care. I have always been inspired by work that makes a difference, whether in the life of an employee or the patients and communities we serve. Knowing that our work matters to the well-being of others inspires me.”

Everything in health care is changing, she said. “The challenge (is) to manage that change, rethink how we work together to improve the health of our communities, and prepare for the rapid changes that the shifting competitive environment brings. I hope that (there will) be more partnering and solution seeking as we all navigate the special challenge of not-for-profit health care.”
