Perrotty provides executive leadership to all aspects of Tower Health’s operations, performance, strategy, employee and physician engagement and service to the community.
“I want to focus on listening to members of the clinical, support and administrative teams – the people that make Tower Health such a special place,” she said.
She became interim president and CEO on Feb. 22, 2021. She had served on the Tower Health board of directors since 2019.
Her previous experience includes working at Meridian Bank and serving as chief of staff for former Pennsylvania First Lady Midge Rendell.
“Life is short,” she said. “Be quiet enough to hear what you’re being called to do next. A good leader must be a good listener, and that is not easy. From my time with Midge Rendell, I learned the importance of the rule of law and the value of civic education and engagement.”
Perrotty plays tennis, loves to read and enjoys giving back to her community.
