Pennsylvania Revenue Secretary Pat Browne reported that Pennsylvania collected $3 billion in General Fund revenue in November.
Fiscal year-to-date General Fund collections total $16.5 billion.
November’s sales tax receipts totaled $1.2 billion, and year-to-date sales tax collections total $6.4 billion.
Personal income tax (PIT) revenue in November was $1.1 billion, bringing year-to-date PIT collections to $6.9 billion.
November’s corporation tax revenue was $168.2 million, increasing the year-to-date corporation tax collections total to $1.3 billion.
Inheritance tax revenue in November was $126.8 million, bringing the year-to-date total to $728.6 million.
November’s realty transfer tax revenue was $56.5 million, making the fiscal-year total $237.8 million.
Other General Fund tax revenue, including cigarette, malt beverage, liquor and gaming taxes, totaled $159.0 million for November. The year-to-date total is $665.4 million.
Non-tax revenue totaled $155.1 million for the month, bringing the year-to-date total to $333.7 million.
In addition to the General Fund collections, the Motor License Fund received $257.6 million for the month. Fiscal year-to-date collections for the fund – which include the commonly known gas and diesel taxes, as well as other license, fine and fee revenues – total $1.4 billion.
According to a release, November collection data does not include a comparison against anticipated amounts because the official estimate for the 2025-26 fiscal year was certified on Nov. 12, as part of the process to finalize Pennsylvania’s budget.
