Pagoda Realty and Property Management expands in downtown Reading

The new office at 152 N. Ninth St. is the second location for Pagoda, a residential and commercial property real estate and property management company based in Spring Township. The Reading office will concentrate on property management.
Yeager said the company opened a new office because it needed more room.
“We opened three years on April 1, 2014, with one agent and now we employ over 60 people,” he said.
“We needed more room, and this made perfect sense to locate closer to where the clients are.”
The company chose to open in downtown Reading because 80 percent of the rental market is there, Yeager said.
“It’s booming,” he said.
“People from New York and New Jersey come down here and buy properties because they can get a big, beautiful townhome for a third of what they pay in Brooklyn,” Yeager said. “They move their families down here and they buy them as investments.”
Yeager said the company is considering opening an office near the Philadelphia area in the next year.
