Peoples Security Bank & Trust and more name new hires, promotions

Scranton, Lackawanna County-based Peoples Security Bank & Trust named Jolene Zimmerman vice president and senior cash management sales officer in the Greater Delaware Valley and Lehigh Valley regions. Zimmerman will work with businesses and corporate clients to streamline cash inflows and outflows and maintain and improve cash management, information reporting and the safety of their deposits.

Manufacturing
Upper Macungie Township, Lehigh County-based Precision Roll Grinders named Deborah S. Smalley chief financial officer and treasurer. Smalley will manage financial functions, including risk management, cash management, investment decisions and financial planning, and develop internal control policies, guidelines and procedures for budget administration, cash and credit management and accounting. Tom Pecuch who was CFO and treasurer, retired after 35 years with the company.

Nonprofits
Hanover Township, Lehigh County-based Cancer Support Community of the Greater Lehigh Valley named Gina Stano executive director. Stano has nearly 25 years of experience in fundraising for community nonprofits.
Technology
Reading-based Omega Systems named Mike Fuhrman CEO. Ben Tercha was named chief operating officer, and Jeff Egol was named chief financial officer. Omega co-founders Bill and Jen Kiritsis will step back from day-to-day operations and advise Omega’s board on mergers and acquisitions, integration and other strategic objectives.
