Banking and finance
Scranton, Lackawanna County-based Peoples Security Bank & Trust named Brian Cook Lehigh Valley market president. Cook will oversee banking and lending, develop relationships with customers and businesses, and mentor local staff.
Stroudsburg, Monroe County-based ESSA Bank & Trust named Nicole Gailliard community development officer. Gailliard will develop and implement strategies for increasing ESSA’s commitment to minority-majority and low-to-moderate income communities, including building strategic relationships, providing data-driven market intelligence, building brand awareness with a focus on financial education, and home ownership.
Education
Allentown, Lehigh County-based Cedar Crest College named Leon St. John Jr. chief diversity officer. St. John will continue to cultivate an environment in which all members the college’s community feel valued and supported.
