Pocono Chamber welcomes new restaurant to Stroudsburg

Listen to this articleThe Pocono Chamber of Commerce, a proud partner of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce recently helped to celebrate the grand opening of Vault 636 Restaurant in Stroudsburg.
The restaurant, which describes itself online as a modern take on American fare that meets the energy of an elevated sports bar, Vault 636 Restaurant was created by the Corbo family, who are lifelong Monroe County locals, along with their friends, the Neira family, who brought together years of experience in the restaurant and bar business.
The chamber said the two families had a simple idea—to create a place where guests can enjoy great food, good drinks, and a fun atmosphere right in the heart of downtown Stroudsburg.
The restaurant can be a destination for family dinners, happy hour, a night out with friends, or celebrating special events.
The restaurant is located at the former Siamsa Irish Pub because, which the restaurateurs said they chose because of its history, but was ready for a refresh.
