Today marks the reopening of a Pottstown restaurant after a water main break shut it down for five weeks.
The operators of Gatsby’s took advantage of the down time to revamp the menus, centering on steak and seafood options and creating a modern, casual atmosphere. Reservations are not required and faster service is a focus, according to the restaurant.
The main feature of the restaurant is the new raw bar, which includes fresh selections each week.
The restaurant also added weeknight specials and changes to happy hour, plus added live entertainment to its weekly schedule.
Gatsby’s opens its doors at 4 p.m. today at 50 Sunnybrook Road in Pottstown.
