Quaint Oak Real Estate expanding with acquisition

Premier Choice Real Estate, its broker/owner Tom W. Fox Jr. and its staff of 13 agents and two administrative personnel have joined the Quaint Oak Real Estate office on Union Boulevard in Allentown.

Premier Choice Real Estate was a local real estate agency that specializes in bank-owned and residential properties, both resale and new construction, along with home and apartment rentals, short sales and land investments.

William Gonzalez, senior vice president for Quaint Oak Bank, said the office was looking to expand and sought out Premier Choice because Fox is an independent agent with experience and staff that could come in and run an efficient real estate team.

“Under the management of Tom Fox, I have the utmost confidence that both parties, inclusive of clients, agents and staff as well as the entire Lehigh Valley region, will benefit from this partnership and will experience continued growth,” said Robert T. Strong, president and CEO of the bank.

Gonzalez said the addition will bring efficiency to the operation as Quaint Oak Bank will be able to build out its existing banking, mortgage, title and insurance agency subsidiaries.
