Since Abbas founded Ethos Clinic as a half-day clinic, the business has grown to three full-time clinics in Bethlehem, Lehighton and Emmaus. Abbas leads 36 employees, including full-time therapists specializing in various forms of psychotherapy.

Abbas recently took up riding a motorcycle and dabbles in adventure (ADV) riding.
