A major merger in the regional real estate market has just been announced.
HomeServices of America on Wednesday announced that Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New Jersey Properties has merged into Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors, which has a presence in the Lehigh Valley.
The merger of these two affiliates of HomeServices combines over 650 agents across 15 offices from New Jersey Properties into Fox & Roach, extending its footprint into North Jersey with offices in Morris, Hunterdon, Essex, Union, Middlesex and Somerset Counties as well as expanding its footprint in Monmouth County.
The organizations will operate as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors.

The combined brokerage is now one of the largest providers of residential real estate services in the country, with more than 5,000 sales professionals across more than 80 locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
Larry Flick V will continue to serve as CEO of Fox & Roach, with the support of Chris Brown, as vice chairman.
In alignment with Fox & Roach’s regional leadership structure, Executive Vice President Christine Casey will serve as the regional president for the new North and Central New Jersey markets.
