My role is to build relationships with prospective students, professionals and businesses seeking the high-touch educational experience Muhlenberg College provides. This includes two major pieces, student recruiting and corporate outreach. I facilitate connections between businesses and our academic team to help improve the local workforce. 

I am in my 13th year as the enrollment outreach manager on the Marketing and Recruiting team within the Division of Graduate and Continuing Education, and have helped the role evolve to include corporate outreach and adult student recruitment for our graduate and continuing studies programs. 

I currently contribute to several committees but am particularly proud to be part of the Business & Policy Committee with the Workforce Board Lehigh Valley. This organization highlights the efforts of various employers performing community and workforce development. 

The COVID pandemic has greatly impacted all areas of higher education. It’s taught me the importance of creative thinking and adapting to changing conditions. I’ve had to adjust my entire approach to recruitment and outreach. 

I enjoy family time with my husband and two sons; our favorite spot is Captiva Island, Florida.
