Good Shepherd Rehabilitation
Singh guides Good Shepherd Rehabilitation’s overall strategy for inpatient and outpatient physical medicine and rehabilitation, including strategic planning, program development, physician leadership, quality, service and clinical care. He also oversees Good Shepherd’s collaboration with the Temple University Hospital Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency Program at Good Shepherd and sits on the American Medical Rehabilitation Providers Association (AMRPA) Board of Directors.
He has been in his current position for nine years.
He said the core principles that he abides by are an environment of trust and transparency, a culture of accountability and reliability, and a measurement of performance that embarks on quality and consistency. “These are essential in elevating any organization to high reliability standard. This approach has allowed Good Shepherd to rely on physician leadership to help pave its path forward.”
He is proud of his team’s development and implementation of a robust comprehensive rehabilitation residency training program that has fostered a culture of education, curiosity and clinical engagement. “This accomplishment brings national attention to Good Shepherd,” he said.
