Gruber has served as president and CEO since 2013.

The last year has proven to Gruber the importance of looking beyond fear to understand others’ needs.
“By putting ourselves in our customers’ shoes, our staff has become more compassionate, responsive and communicative, which has strengthened our relationships,” he said.
Gruber loves his Harley-Davidson. He enjoys the freedom and camaraderie of riding and seeing the beauty of the country on a bike.
