Second generation takes on leadership at digital marketing firm, Liquid

There have been some leadership changes at a Lehigh Valley digital marketing agency. Liquid of Upper Macungie Township is moving on to its second generation of leadership.

Jim Ludlow, will stay on as CEO, but will be dedicating more time to other pursuits, such as serving as chair of the Kutztown University Board of Trustees. However, he has named Doug Mancini to the position of president. Mancini has been leading the digital operations of the firm and was most recently executive vice president and COO.

Also moving up is Bret Ludlow, who has been serving as executive vice president of Liquid.

“These moves, which transfer leadership to the second generation of the family business, have been planned for some time,” said Jim Ludlow. “As companies across all sectors accelerate adoption of digital as a business imperative, this is the perfect time to make these changes.”
