Shift4 named to Fortune 100 Fastest Growing Companies list

Center Valley-based Shift4, a leader in integrated payments and commerce technology, has been named to the Fortune 100 Fastest-Growing Companies List for 2025.
The annual list, published by Fortune magazine, recognizes companies with exceptional growth in revenue, profits, and stock performance over a three-year period.
“This recognition from Fortune is a testament to the incredible trajectory we’re on and our ambitious goals moving forward,” said Shift4 CEO Taylor Lauber. “We are scaling quickly and growing with purpose: bringing our industry-leading integrated payment solutions into new markets, building proprietary tech, and simplifying commerce for merchants across the globe – and doing so in a highly profitable way.”
He said Shift4 will continue to strategically accelerate its growth through acquisitions, product innovation, and global expansion.
The ranking is a result of Shift4 meeting Fortune’s rigorous financial benchmarks, including revenue and net income of at least $50 million and $10 million, respectively, for the previous four quarters, as well as posting annualized growth of at least 20% in both revenue and earnings per share over the past three years.
Rankings are determined by combining three equally weighted metrics of revenue growth, EPS growth, and total shareholder return.
