BB&T Bank sold one of its closed branches in Bethlehem Township to a physician group that plans to use the property as a medical office.
The 1,207 square-foot-building is at 3933 Freemansburg Ave.
In a news release, Markward Group, a commercial real estate firm in Upper Macungie Township, said Matt Macdonald, the firm’s vice president, represented the seller and the buyer, Providence Real Estate Holdings LLC, in the transaction.
Northampton County property records show the property sold for $425,000 last month.
Providence Real Estate Holdings is in Quakertown off Route 309 on West Broad Street.
Complete Dermatology Center, a medical group that includes Dr. David Twardzik, occupies the Quakertown office.
