Dorney parent offering membership program to provide extended access to parks

Listen to this articleThe parent company of Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom is making big changes to its options for regular guests.
Six Flags is introducing memberships for the first time in park history, which it said will offer guests a flexible new subscription-style option that combines monthly payments, continuous access and regional park benefits.
Beginning June 8, guests can enjoy Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom as their home park while taking advantage of access to additional destinations across the east region, including Six Flags Great Adventure, Wild Safari and Hurricane Harbor New Jersey.
“The expansion of our Membership program makes it easier than ever for guests to enjoy Six Flags on their own terms,” said Chris Meyering, Six Flags’ senior vice president of commercial. “Memberships deliver unmatched flexibility, strong everyday value and premium perks across more parks that turn every visit into something more rewarding. This rollout reflects our commitment to creating lasting relationships with our guests while enhancing their overall entertainment experience.”
He called it a new way for guests to experience the benefits of both their home park and a broader collection of Six Flags destinations.
Membership also provides access to seasonal events throughout the year, including summer entertainment, Halloween celebrations and select holiday experiences across the Six Flags portfolio.
“Dorney Park has long been a place where families create traditions together,” said Kim Solis, park manager of Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom. “Membership introduces a new way for guests to enjoy those traditions while taking advantage of the incredible destinations available throughout the region, including Six Flags Great Adventure, Wild Safari and Hurricane Harbor New Jersey.”
Unlike traditional season passes, memberships provide 12 months of access beginning on the date of purchase and continue seamlessly as long as the membership remains active.
