Larken Associates of Hillsborough, N.J., is building a Moe’s Southwest Grill restaurant in the Tilghman Square shopping center in South Whitehall Township.
The fast-casual restaurant franchise is headquartered in Atlanta, Ga.
Thursday afternoon, Victor Kelly, executive vice president of Larken Associates, said his company turned the building over to the franchise owners to do the interior fit-out. The new building should be ready for occupancy in 60 to 90 days. Kelly said.
The building is a 4,100-square-foot, single-story structure.
Larken Associates, a commercial and residential developer and builder, is doing the work through its construction subsidiary, Core Enterprises.
The company also built the nearby Univest branch office, which opened last year and serves as the Univest Corp. of Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley regional office.
