An attorney in the Lehigh Valley for 14 years, Kobal has been at Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba for 2½ years. She said she negotiates and consummates real estate purchases, “and in the process get(s) some pretty cool projects built by helping clients navigate the land development process. I also counsel employers on navigating the ever-changing employment law realm.”
Being elected a shareholder “was a huge moment for me,” Kobal said, because it was by peers that she has “looked up to for years.”
Outside the office, she enjoys running, skiing and working out on her Peloton.
