Wiener represents commercial real estate property owners on transactional matters and represents clients in state and federal court, mostly on estate matters or real estate issues.
“Every day helping clients solve problems is rewarding,” he said. “While often we are able to resolve issues without litigation, I am proud of a recent case brought by several estate heirs regarding funds wrongfully removed from the estate and obtaining an order for the return of over $2,000,000 to the estate.”
Weiner said he likes hiking, biking and working in the yard and garden “as well as most any activity with my family.”
