A North Carolina-based energy company signed a lease for an office and warehouse space in Northampton County.
NAI Summit’s Matt Dorman said he represented the owner, Specialty Minerals Inc., in a long-term lease transaction with PowerSecure for 8,666 square feet of flex space at 5 Highland Ave. in Hanover Township, Northampton County.
The tenant plans to use the combination of office and warehouse space as a base for its energy infrastructure projects in eastern Pennsylvania and throughout the Northeast corridor, Dorman said.
PowerSecure provides energy technologies and services to electric utilities and their large industrial, commercial, institutional and municipal customers throughout the nation.
Company officials could not be reached for comment.
PowerSecure is a subsidiary of Southern Company of Atlanta.
