Lehigh Valley Health Network is taking over Cedar Crest EmergiCenter in South Whitehall Township, and Airport Road EmergiCenter in Allentown.

Fidelity D&D Bancorp of Dunmore announced it would acquire MNB Corp and Merchants Bank, MNB’s wholly owned subsidiary bank in a deal valued at about $78.5 million.

The Federal Trade Commission and the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office said they have completed their antitrust reviews of Lehigh Valley Health Network’s proposal to acquire the assets of Coordinated Health, allowing the transaction to move forward.

OraSure Technologies Inc. of Bethlehem has sold its cryosurgical systems business to another Bethlehem biotechnology firm, CryoConcepts LP, for $12 million.

Forks Township-based Victaulic Inc., a manufacturer of pipe fittings, has acquired a more than 100-year-old Michigan-based fire-protection company.

UGI Corp. said the $1.3 billion acquisition would position UGI Energy as a significant operator of midstream assets across the Marcellus and Utica production region from northeastern Pennsylvania through western Pennsylvania, eastern Ohio and parts of West Virginia.

Right now, Polytek has about 45 employees in Williams Township and more than 120 total across all its locations, which include California, Michigan, and Indiana.
