City Center Investment Corp. said that its pop-up retail tenant Properly Laced will move to a permanent location in a Live/Work Unit at The Hive Residences on 7th Street this April.  

City Center Investment Corp., the real estate development company behind much of the development in downtown Allentown, said that it has received approval from the Allentown Planning Commission to build a 31,000-square-foot music hall at 935-939 Hamilton St.

City Center Investment Corp. will be seeking preliminary approval from the Allentown Planning Commission Feb. 14 for plans to bring a smaller scale concert and events venue and a boutique hotel to the area it refers to as Downtown West. 

City Center Investment Corp., the real estate development company behind much of the recent construction in downtown Allentown, announced that it donated more than $3 million to more than 50 organizations in 2021 through its Building Community program.

City Center Investment Corp. announced it has begun preleasing the first of its “Live x Work” units, which will offer tenants workspace with a storefront on 7th Street with an apartment above. 

Working with the Volunteer Center of the Lehigh Valley, more than 500 volunteers representing 38 local companies volunteered at nonprofits in the region, performing tasks ranging from power washing and landscaping to painting and gathering supplies. 

The Hamilton Kitchen & Bar at Sixth and hamilton Streets in Allentown will be replaced by an upscale sports bar, Sports & Social. 

It looks like City Center Investment Corp., the company behind much of the redevelopment in Downtown Allentown, is now taking on Easton’s downtown.
