After discovering a need for more office suites and co-working space in West End Allentown, a local real estate exec decided to fill the need.

A multi-story building that’s been vacant for several years is now home to new coworking space in downtown Easton. The property, Reeds403 Co-working Lounge, has 3,000 square feet available on the first and second floors, and another 3,000 square feet on the upper floors if needed.

Loren Keim, owner of Century 21 Keim Real Estate in Allentown and real estate professor at Lehigh University said coworking has become a significant disrupter in the commercial office real estate market in the Lehigh Valley.
